So I've decided that this will be my last written blog. From here on out, I will just be showing my work with no writing underneath. I just think its better because it keeps the focus on the photos. I hope you guys enjoy this change. For now this is my most recent set with Brookelyn and I just loved everything about it. It was honestly a last minute shoot because I found out I can get this hotel room on the day of, so I called Brooke and told her about the place and she came through. She had these leggings with a little design on them that she has been wanting to wear so we chose to use that for the set. It was something different then what I've usually shot. The bed had this big brown cushion as a headboard and three strong lights on the top of it. Here are the photos from our set, Enjoy the weekend!
This is my first official full black and white set. Brooke and I had decided to meet up for another shoot and this time it was at her apartment. We started off the shoot by going up to the rooftop. It had just finished raining so the clouds were white and heavy, which I thought was more of a reason to make this set in black and white. Brooke had on some black lingerie and threw on a plad button down to add to it. Hope you guys enjoy this first BnW set, I can definitely see more coming in the future. Look down below to see the results from our shoot!
Before I started photography, I must have been to Brooklyn only a few times in my life. Now I find myself there often and seriously find something new every time. When I spoke to Star, she said she wanted to do a street shoot and I couldn't think of a better place to have one then Brooklyn. So we met up and had no destination in mind then to just walk around BK and if we saw a spot we liked, we would use it. Star really liked this wall with this big black door filled with graffiti and I have yet to do a shoot in front of a brick wall so when we came by both, we decided to them for our shoot. Here are the photos from our set.
So I finally found an accessible rooftop that I can use to do a shoot. Brooke and I had spoken a few times about doing a set together but do to busy schedules we had to hold off on it for a bit. This week we finally got to do it. We met at the location around 5:30 and because its Fall season already, that means around half hour after that the sun starts to go down and we caught some of that golden light for our set. She brought a couple outfits to shoot in, I brought my equipment and we went straight to work. Here are the results
So recently Nicole and I had met up to discuss some ideas for a shoot that we have coming up. We met each other at Central Park and just did some walking and talking. Since I had my camera with me and realized I have no photos yet with any type of greenery in it, I asked Nicole if I can take some portraits of her and she said yes. This is something a little different then I usually show on here so I hope you guys like it. Enjoy your weekend!
This here is my second set with Samantha Allyson. The hotel she was staying in really had this new modern look with a touch of simplicity. Do to the colors and contrast the room had, we decided it was best for her to keep on the white lace. Luckily we still had that morning light coming in so we used it to our best advantage. Here are the photos from our second set. Enjoy!
First off I just want to apologize for the lack of blogging lately. I had to big projects that needed to be finished before I got back to my personal shoots. You all will be able to view them soon enough. This is my first set with Samantha Allyson and I couldn't be happier with it. We met early in the morning at the hotel she was staying at and thankfully we caught that bright morning light. We decided to do our first set by the window. I hope you guys enjoy this. Here are the results from our set.
Lexie is one cool chick. Just meeting her recently, her tattoos and attitude had really caught my attention so I asked her to do a shoot. We decided to do it at her place. White walls, white bed covers and blue sheets underneath to add some contrast, it was a perfect setting. I gave her a cigarette, she lit it and I started shooting. Here are the results from our set.
I've decided to show you guys some of my photos from my trip to Los Angeles and San Francisco. This trip really meant a lot to me. I've been wanting to visit both places in California for a long time so when I found out I had the chance to go, I didn't think twice about it. Because of Instagram, I got to meet a few people while I was out in SF and LA. Their Instagram pages are @martin_depict @eric.steez @potatounit. So here are the photos from my vacay and I hope you all enjoy this landscape set.
I haven't done an outside street photo shoot in a little bit. So when i spoke to Rian, I told her my ideas and she agreed. After Rian and I met up, we decided to walk around and find some areas to do the shoot in Dumbo. Few spots caught our eye. There was a spot that looked like an old abandoned building that had a big brick wall and another with a set of black step, that had a bunch of graffiti right next to it. I thought all 3 were great to use for the shoot. So we got to work, photos were made and here we are. Enjoy the photos from our set.
I honestly couldn't wait to work with Gabriella again. We got such great feedback from our first shoot together, that we decided to do another set asap. This time we wanted to go for a different look. I wanted to show that both sex and beauty can be found in simplicity. So I found us a studio with a wooden floor and a nice little couch and I just felt like it was perfect for our shoot. Gabriella did what she does best and I began shooting. So here are the photos from our most recent shoot!
